A short narrative point-and-click about living with limited energy — and how even the smallest tasks can feel impossible.
A short single session game about living with chronic health issues.
It’s Not You, It’s M.E. is a short, emotional story you can’t “win.”
Created by a solo developer, it follows one exhausting week where simple tasks, small choices, and normal daily life quietly become overwhelming.
Inspired by the lived experience of Long Covid and M.E., the game offers a grounded, compassionate look at chronic fatigue.
Play a brief (around 10 minutes) point-and-click narrative with small interactions and hidden mini-games that sometimes feel impossible to complete… because that’s the point.
Featuring original music by Jack The Robot.
Developed with support from Disability and Deaf Arts Fest and FACT Gallery, and made possible thanks to public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
