• Dark mode — the default experience. A near-black navy board with cool blue squares and deep purple accents. Minimal, moody, and easy on the eyes during long sessions.

• Light mode — a classic chess aesthetic with a traditional green and brown board paired with a selection of nature-inspired backgrounds. For example, sunlit forests, open skies, and the timeless look of chess the way it has always been played.
