Seibu Ikebukuro Line is a major route operated by SEIBU RAILWAY, connecting Ikebukuro Station in Toshima Ward, Tokyo, to Agano Station in Hannō City, Saitama Prefecture, over a distance of 57.8 km.

The scenery along the line shifts from urban areas to the suburbs and then to mountainous regions. SEIBU RAILWAY 40000 Series is a commuter train that debuted in 2017.
