A city full of cats, and all of them are hiding
Istanbul has more cats than it has people who admit to feeding them. This is a game about finding them.
Six storybook neighbourhoods, from the steep streets under the Galata Tower to the arches of the Grand Bazaar and the ferry docks at Karakoy. Every scene is packed with the small business of a city at golden hour: crates of fruit, hanging lanterns, laundry, tea glasses, barrels, bicycles. And somewhere in all of it, cats. On awnings, behind railings, inside baskets, watching from upstairs windows.
How it plays
- Look, and click. Drag to pan, scroll to zoom. Find a cat, it answers with a meow and settles in with a small gold ring.
- No timers and no losing. Nothing runs out. Nothing punishes you for taking your time or for putting it down for a week.
- A hint when you want one. Stuck on the last cat? Ask, and it will be ringed for a moment. There is no penalty and no limit; being stuck is not the fun part.
- Bonus objects. A simit, a glass of tea, an evil eye bead, a fish, a mussel, tucked into every scene. Entirely optional. Every one of them sounds like the thing it is when you find it.
What is in it
- 6 storybook scenes
- 104 cats, each one placed by hand and named
- 29 bonus objects across 5 kinds
- 28 Steam achievements, 8 of them hidden
- Full English and Turkish, text and interface
Made to be put down
Scenes take somewhere between five and twenty minutes depending on how carefully you look. Every scene remembers that you finished it, but starts fresh when you open it again, so a scene you loved is worth going back to rather than being spent.
