Measure twice, cut once
Work orders come in with a drawing and a rack of tools. Record the steps at the machine's console, pick the tool, the bite and the feed, press CYCLE START and watch it cut.
Casual to play, real underneath
Your steps become real G-code, run against the block, and the inspector measures the result. A long tool wobbles, a drill on a flat top wanders, a fat holder hits the part. The machine's guard stops the worst before it happens.
What's in the game
- 19 jobs across three projects: a handheld console shell, a full chess set and your own name tag
- Play chess with the pieces you made, against four opponents
- A mill, a lathe and a rotary table
- Three stars a job: pass inspection, beat the time, leave a clean finish
- Playground: put your own shapes on the block and machine them
It's a small game, made as a labour of love. If you've ever wondered how parts get made, this is a gentle way in.
