Quite possibly one of the most stylish fighting games,i've ever played 8D Even though many think this game has aged pretty badly and may think it's not worth picking up,that's not what i'm gonna say here.I say - if you wanna feel nostalgia and lace up the boot of yesteryear,this game is for you 8D I originally never heard of King Of Fighters,with the name never presenting itself to me in any form.The reason why i picked up this particular KOF and only NOW,is after watching a fan-made sprite movie based on this series called : The King Of Fighters: Mark of The Souls.After that movie,i decided to find at least one KOF game and try it out.That eventually led me to Steam and buying all three KOF games available here. Now to start off,since i was a noob at this game,it was INCREDIBLY frustrating to get through the arcade mode,due to the AI being madly psychic,countering every one of your moves with their own super powered one.But after a hefty does of practice(and mastering some INSANELY difficult commands),the game became a blast,as each character shone with their own unique personality and outrageous moveset. The addition of such a humongous roster adds incredible depth to the game as well,and there are more then enough secret ending for you to unlock if you choose the correct EDIT teams.Don't worry about the story tho - this game is more of a dream match title,as you won't need to know the characters all that well,in order to grasp the full fun of this game 8D 10 Genocide Cutters outta 10 :)

Хороший классический файтинг с красивой для своего времени графикой. Также впечатляет ростер бойцов, их там достаточно много. Взял игру по скидке, чтобы просто ознакомиться с классикой. Прошел одиночный режим, боты для новичка довольно сложные, моментально реагируют на импуты игрока. За час мучений соперники были повержены. Боевка неплохая для своего времени, но фреймдата какая-то нелогичная, не все удары, попавшие в хит, дают плюс, после теккена к такому привыкнуть сложно. Данная сборка игры представлена в двух вариантах - аркадная и консольная версия. Имеется онлайн, но игроков можно найти редко, а если и находятся таковые - они скорей всего лютые профи, которых новичкам никак не победить. Брать тем, кто является фанатом SNK файтингов.

Купил в коллекцию, поиграл чутка, вернулся в современную итерацию.
